Auto-generated instruction ID.

Unique rule name.

Original Watch DSL script text.

Rule description from the DSL script, if provided.

Compiled rule JSON used during transaction evaluation.

ISO 8601 timestamp of when the instruction was created.

ISO 8601 timestamp of when the instruction was last updated.
